FUTURE PHASES: <br /> <br />The Master Plan of thc property provides for two building additions to bc constructed <br />over a timeframe of 15-20+ years, with an expanded parking lot jointly used with the <br />Masonic Lodge, as well as supporting site improvements. Thc additions and their uses <br />are described below in a probable order of phased construction. Thc order of <br />construction may change however, due to changing ministry facility needs and priorities <br />and funding availability. The completed Master Plan will provide the Church with <br />approximately 28,500 square feet of ministry facility. <br /> <br /> · Phase II - Worship Space Facility Addition: single story attaching to <br /> Phase I multipurpose addition - approximately 9950 square feet. Includes: <br /> worship space seating and sanctuary platform area of 4500 square feet; <br /> ancillary worship spaces for sacristy, storage, and bride's room areas. <br /> <br /> Uses: Worship space for seating a maximum of 450 persons, music and <br /> choir rehearsals, ancillary liturgical preparation spaces and storage. <br /> <br /> · Phase III - Administration Addition: single story- approximately 5000 <br /> square feet. Includes: Church administration offices, conference and <br /> meeting rooms, workrooms and storage. <br /> <br /> Uses: Church administration and pastoral activities. Meeting rooms for <br /> adult ministry and youth programs, in groups of 10 to 30 persons <br /> <br /> Site Improvements: <br /> <br /> Phase II - With Phase II of the Master Plan, a new parking lot with an <br /> approved Hammer Head layout would be constructed on the northwest <br /> portions of both the Church and the Mason's parcels and will be connected <br /> to the existing parking lot area by a f'~re lane. The 25-foot access easement <br /> to the Mason's parcel would be relocated and recorded to this new <br /> driveway and parking lot. The existing parking lot configuration would be <br /> modified to allow for the Worship space addition. The joint parking <br /> agreement will provide the church and the Mason's access to both parking <br /> lots. The existing 66 parking spaces would be expanded to 103 parking <br /> spaces with the new and reconfigured existing parking lots. <br /> <br /> Additional site improvements will include landscaping, parking lot <br /> lighting, bike racks and concrete walkways/patio areas. <br /> <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
