configuration to allow for the addition of a new worship facility for the Church <br />congregation. The joint parking agreement will provide the Church and the Mason's <br />access to both parking lots. The existing 66 parking spaces would be expanded to 103 <br />parking spaces with the new and reconfigured existing parking lots. <br /> <br />The project has been master planned for a phased build-out over the next 25 + years. <br />PItASE ONE - (anticipated construction in 2005) <br /> <br /> · Multipurpose Addition: single story, approximately 4,350 square feet. <br /> Includes: 2635 square feet for fellowship and meeting activities, a small <br /> catering kitchen and storage cabinetry; 1685 square feet of Administrative <br /> office area. Maximum code exiting seating for assemblies is 290 persons; <br /> Maximum seating for dining activities is 150 persons. <br /> · Worship Addition: single story, approximately 620 square feet for a new <br /> worship sanctuary platform area. Remodel interior of existing worship <br /> space. Maximum actual seating 250 persons. <br /> · Site Improvements: Site Development area: .21 acres (9,100s.f.) <br /> Includes: new utility infrastructure for sewer, water, fire water lines, gas <br /> service and electrical power; landscaping around new improvement areas; <br /> new concrete walkway areas connecting to existing walks and the <br /> sidewalk at South Valley Trails Road. No modifications to the existing <br /> parking lot are planned. The existing 66 space parking lot will continue to <br /> serve the Church and the Masonic Lodge uses. <br /> · Exterior Lighting: exterior lighting will be installed to enhance the <br /> proposed building and site appearance from the street and will be directed <br /> downward away from adjacent properties. The new building will <br /> perimeter downlights in the building soffits to accent the building <br /> articulation, and landscape spot lights to highlight portions of the building <br /> elevations and entrance area. <br /> · Planned Usage: <br /> As the Church continues to grow, normal activities are expected to grow <br /> as well. The attached Table of Activities lists current and expected Phase <br /> I activities and attendance numbers. <br /> · Preschool program: The current Preschool program is licensed for 80 <br /> students, with a staff 12 teachers and support persons. The program <br /> operates 7am - 6 pm Monday - Friday throughout the year. The remodel <br /> of the existing building will reconfigure the existing spaces to add one <br /> more classroom for Preschool use; however, no change in the licensed <br /> number of students is planned. <br /> · Construction Staging: Construction staging, project trailer and materials <br /> storage areas will be located to the open area north of the addition, and <br /> east of the existing building. Staging areas will remain fenced, and <br /> pedestrian traffic to the Church and Preschool will be directed around the <br /> construction site.
