<br />Resolution No. PC-94-49 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Resolution No. PC-94-49 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-94-57 <br /> <br />1. The piano lessons shall be conducted with following <br />stipulations: <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation during the school year shall be as <br />follows: <br />Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM <br />Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM <br />Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM <br />Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM <br /> <br />b. During the summer months lessons may begin at 10:00 a.m., <br />but must conclude in the evenings by the times listed <br />above. <br /> <br />c. The total number of students shall be limited to a <br />maximum of ten per day and a maximum of 32 per week. <br /> <br />d. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home <br />occupation. <br /> <br />e. No more than one student shall receive instruction at any <br />one time. <br /> <br />f. piano lessons shall take place only in the room specified <br />(the living room). <br /> <br />g. Instruction shall not be provided for any instruments <br />other than piano. <br /> <br />h. The living room windows shall remain closed during all <br />instruction. <br /> <br />i. Recitals shall not be allowed. <br /> <br />2. No one other than the applicant shall be employed in the <br />conduct of this home occupation. <br /> <br />3. All vehicles transporting students to and from lessons, and <br />waiting for the completion of a lesson shall be parked in the <br />applicant's driveway. students shall be encouraged to walk or <br />ride bikes to lessons. Parents shall be encouraged to wait <br />for students inside the applicant's home. The applicant shall <br />impress upon all students the need for them to behave <br />courteously to the neighbors. The applicant shall prepare a <br />written handout to be distributed to all students and, if <br />applicable, their parents, stating these requirements. <br /> <br />. II <br />
