<br />Resolution No. PC-94-49 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-94-57, the application of Gail Lew <br />for a non-exempt home occupation permit to extend the <br />hours for piano lessons previously-approved with a home <br />occupation permit received in 1987 for 2145 Camino <br />Brazos, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
