<br />Resolution No. PC-94-49 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />4. within the next thirty days, the applicant shall prepare her <br />garage so that she may park at least one of her two vehicles <br />inside the garage. <br /> <br />5. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities <br />beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, <br />prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the home occupation use permit shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director. Requested changes may <br />require a modif ication of the use permi t or, upon <br />determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may <br />be required. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br /> <br />6. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at <br />the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home <br />occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />The piano <br />required <br />Municipal <br /> <br />lessons shall be conducted in <br />conditions home occupations <br />Code Section 18.104.030. <br /> <br />accordance with the <br />as stipulated in <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />A business <br />Pleasanton <br />business. <br /> <br />license <br />prior to <br /> <br />shall be obtained <br />the operation of <br /> <br />from the <br />the piano <br /> <br />City of <br />lessons <br /> <br />9. This use permit is not transferable to another address. In <br />the event that the applicant moves, a new application must be <br />submitted. <br /> <br />10. This use permit shall be reevaluated by the Planning Director <br />every three months for the first nine months, and every six <br />months thereafter, as determined necessary by the Planning <br />Director, in order to ensure compliance with all conditions of <br />approval. <br /> <br />11. A handout providing an explanation of all rules and <br />regulations shall be prepared and distributed to all students <br />and parents of minor students within 30 days of this approval <br />and, subsequently, as new students are enrolled. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br />
