If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Requested changes may require a modif ication of the use permi t or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. Minor changes may be approved by the Planning Director. 6. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing.
