<br />Resolution No. PC-94-32 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />conditional use is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-94-21, the application of Westbrook <br />Housing Group for a conditional use permit to allow the <br />placement of excess dirt material from the Kottinger <br />Ranch construction site to three sites located on the Lin <br />property and one site located in the open space area of <br />the Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus <br />of Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of <br />the terminus of Red Feather Court, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
