<br />The site's isolation and infill character <br />necessitates the PUD zoning for its development. <br />The proposed plan, as conditioned, will <br />substantially comply with the purpose of the PUD <br />District and WFRCOD&DG. No public amenities are <br />necessary to justify the 1.09 units/acre. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-12, the application <br />of John Cerruti, to rezone 1.84 X acres of land from the <br />Agricultural zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Developmentl Low Density Residential District and <br />development plan approval for a two lot single-family <br />residential development, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
