<br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-91-84, the application of Frank <br />Ba1geman for a conditional use permit to operate a one- <br />person acoustical recording business within the existing <br />single-family residence located at 1891 Palmer Drive, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
