EXHIBIT A Resolution No. PC-91-110 Conditions of Approval Case UP-91-84 1. All the music composition in the recording room shall be conducted as described in the application and related materials dated "Received November 18th, 1991" on file with the Planning Department. Specifically, the one-person recording business shall operate as follows: a. The hours of 9.00 PM on Saturdays. operation will be restricted to 6.00 PM to weekdays, and 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM on b. There shall no more than four musicians on Saturdays, and, they shall be limited to one meeting per week (where all are present). At other times the applicant shall practice by himself. At no time shall there be more than four musicians at a practice session. c. The recording sessions and music practice shall operate only in the unused portion of the living room. d. The instruments used to accompany the singers shall be restricted to the guitar and the piano. None of the music - singing or the guitar playing, shall be amplified. Drums or similar percussion instruments may not be used. e. "Mixing" of recorded music shall take place only during the stated hours of operation. 2 . All the recording shall operate in accordance with required conditions for non-exempt home occupations stipulated in the Municipal Code Section 18.104.030. 3. All vehicles used by the musicians shall be parked only on the driveway of the house or on the street in front of the house. the as 4. A business license shall be obtained from the City of Pleasanton prior to the operation of the recording business. 5. That any change in the operation of the recording business shall subject to reV1ew and approval by the Zoning Administrator. If deemed significant, the modification may be referred to the Planning Commission for further review. II
