Approves Case UP-9l.-80, the application of Richard <br />Davis for a conditional. use permit to construct a second <br />unit within a portion of an existing detached garage <br />located at 2283 Sea Eagle Court, subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
