The proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The proposed second unit is located within the <br />proposed single-family dwelling. The proposed home <br />has been designed to comply with all applicable <br />development standards. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project, as conditioned, is appropriate for this site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section l..
