<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section I. Approves Case Tract 6442, the application of Signature <br />Properties for a vesting tentative map to allow the <br />subdivision of an approximately l.2.46 acre site into 151 <br />townhouse-type lots and 3 common open-space lots located <br />on Lot 24 of the Hacienda Business Park bounded by West <br />Las positas Boulevard, Stoneridge Drive, the Arroyo Mocho <br />canal, and Tassajara Creek subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
