The applicant shall submit plans for the trellis or other <br />similar structure required to provide support for the climbing <br />rose vines along the screen wall to the Planning Director for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to the <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />8. The project shall be subject to all of the conditions of Case <br />PUD-89-6, and subsequent modifications including the Standard <br />Conditions of Development, except as modified by these <br />conditions herein. <br />
