<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-88 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-6-4M, THE APPLICATION OF SPIEKER <br />PARTNERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Spieker Partners has applied for a major modification to <br />an approved Planned Unit Development to amend the <br />development plan for Rose Pavilion - Phase III and for <br />design review of three proposed buildings (Goodyear, oil <br />Changer, and a retail shops building); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Central Commercial District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of November 13, 1991, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared with the Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan for this site. <br />The proposed project is within the scope of that <br />environmental review, therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed modification <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-6-4M, the <br />application of Spieker Partners for a major modification <br />to an approved Planned Unit Development to amend the <br />development plan for Rose Pavilion - Phase III and for <br />design review of three proposed buildings (Goodyear, oil <br />Changer, and a retail shops building) subj ect to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
