<br />10. The applicant shall specify the types, sizes, numbers, and <br />location of all trees, shrubs, and groundcover used on the <br />site. These details shall be shown on the final landscape <br />plan and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits for <br />the project. <br /> <br />11. The applicant shall install bicycle racks or lockers to <br />accommodate at least 15 bicycles on site. The location of the <br />bicycle racks/lockers shall be shown on the final development <br />plan and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits for <br />the project. <br /> <br />12. That no trees shall be planted within the easement for the <br />East Amador Relief Sewer which traverses the northeast corner <br />of the site. <br /> <br />13. That access to the existing on-site sanitary sewer manholes <br />shall be maintained at all times during construction. <br /> <br />14. That this project shall be subject to the Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference, except Conditions Nos. 7 and 12. <br />
