<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALJ:FORNJ:A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-91-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />APPLICATION OF BRIT~IA BUSINESS <br />DEVELOPMENT GROUP <br /> <br />PUD-81-30-54D, THE <br />CENTER/PRUDENTIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Britannia Business Center/Prudential Development Group <br />has applied for PUD development plan approval to allow <br />the construction of a one-story, 105,500 square foot <br />office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (Site 11D) in <br />Hacienda Business park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned unit Development) <br />- Industrial, Commercial, and Office District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed hearing of September 25, 1991, the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff <br />concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared in conjuction <br />with the PUD approval for the entire Hacienda Business <br />Park, and the proposed project is within the scope of the <br />EIR, therefore, no additonal environmental document is <br />required; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed development <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-54D, the <br />application of Britannia Business Center/Prudential <br />Development Group for PUD development plan approval to <br />allow the construction of a one-story, 105,500 square <br />foot office building on a 7.9 acre parcel (site 11D) in <br />Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 25TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
