As with any use permit, the home <br />occupation permit can be suspended or revoked if <br />the conditions are not met. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation use, as conditioned, is <br />appropriate for this site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-91-49, the application of Tricia Egan <br />for a home occupation use permit to conduct piano lessons <br />within the residence located at 3604 Manchester street, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
