<br />EXHJ:BJ:T A <br />Resolution No. PC-91-64 <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />1. All piano lessons shall be conducted as described in the <br />application dated August 9, 1991, on file with the Planning <br />Department. In sum, the piano lessons shall be conducted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a. Piano lessons shall take place only on weekdays, after <br />school hours, between the hours of 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM; <br />and <br /> <br />b. No more than four students shall receive instruction per <br />day; and <br /> <br />c. No more than one student shall receive instruction at one <br />time; and <br /> <br />d. Piano lessons shall take place only in the room specified <br />(the living room). <br /> <br />2. The piano lessons shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as <br />stipulated in Municipal Code Section 18.104.030. <br /> <br />3. All vehicles to be parked during the length of a lesson shall <br />be parked in the driveway of the home. Students shall be <br />encouraged to walk or bicycle to lessons. <br /> <br />4. A business license shall be obtained from the City of <br />Pleasanton prior to operation of the piano lessons. <br /> <br />5. Any changes in the operation of the piano lessons shall <br />require a modification of the (Home Occupation) Use Permit or, <br />upon determination of the Zoning Administrator, a new (Home <br />Occupation) Use Permit shall be required. <br /> <br />6.
