<br />8. All of the existing trees not to be removed, as indicated in <br />the tree report dated August 15, 1991, shall be preserved. <br />The removal of individual trees may be allowed by the Design <br />Review Board on a case by case basis in conjunction with house <br />plan application where compensation benefits have been <br />provided. These restrictions shall be recorded with the deed <br />for each of the properties and proof of the recordation of the <br />deed restriction shall be provided to the Planning Department <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for the respective <br />lot. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall follow all of the recommendations of the <br />tree report for the protection of the existing trees shown to <br />be saved. The applicant shall notify the Planning Department <br />of the commencement of grading. Upon the completion of the <br />site grading and the foundation construction, the arborist <br />shall provide a report to the Planning Department which <br />outlines the health of the trees subsequent to the <br />construction and the extent of damage to the trees, if any, <br />caused by the construction. This final report shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department prior to the final <br />occupancy of the structure. <br /> <br />10. Light construction work including house construction <br />activities shall be limited to Monday through Friday between <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. on Saturday. Grading, street paving, the movement of <br />heavy equipment on and off the site, and semi-truck traffic <br />shall/be limited to Monday through Friday between the hours <br />8:00 /a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. <br /> <br />11. All construction equipment shall meet DMV noise standards and <br />jshall be equipped with muffling devices. Contractors and <br />workers on-site shall not use portable radios to listen to <br />music. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall require all construction contractors to <br />water exposed surfaces in late morning and at the end of each <br />work day, with increased watering when wind speeds exceed ten <br />mph. Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and <br />dust carried onto the streets by construction vehicles on a <br />daily basis or as determined necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />13. The developer shall install the Forest Hill Drive roadway <br />extension in accordance with the City's approved alignment <br />plan. All required utilities shall be provided in accordance <br />with the requirements of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />14. This development is subject to all of the Standard Conditions <br />of Development attached to this report except for conditions <br />29, 31, 46, and 50. <br />
