All permitted and conditionally permitted uses of the C-S <br />District as defined under Section 18.44.050 and Table <br />18.44.090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />b. General and Special Trade Contractor's offices provided <br />that materials, tools, or equipment are stored within an <br />approved building. <br /> <br />c. Professional and Business services and Consultants <br />including but not limited to: <br /> <br />computer services including prepackaged software, <br />integrated systems design, data preparation, and <br />processing, programming, and facilities management <br />engineering, environmental, city and regional <br />planning, and architectural, landscape, and <br />interior design services <br />direct sales services <br />professional recruitment and referral services <br />land surveyors <br />professional writing, typing, and resume services <br />graphic designers <br />adjustors, appraisers, and estimators <br />drafting services <br />data bank and library research services <br />telemarketing research and selling services <br />telephone calling, soliciting, and interviewing <br />services <br />consumer survey services <br />construction consultants including but not limited <br />to estimating, management, and scheduling <br />archaeologists <br />arborists and horticultural consultants <br />answering bureaus and services <br />commercial artist, fine artist, and photographer's <br />studio and darkroom with a conditional use permit <br />non-prOfit organization office <br />property management offices <br />business consulting service offices <br /> <br />d. Warehouse uses as permitted by the Planning commission <br />under Conditional Use Permit UP-77-15 except the storage <br />of fuels and other flammable liquids. <br />
