<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case Tract 6413, the application of Zaven <br />Shahbazian for a one-lot subdivision on an approximately <br />0.61 acre site to create 10 residential condominium units <br />plus common open space for property located at 4262 First <br />street subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
