Recommends approval of the application of Roy Thompson <br />for PUD rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />three lot single-family custom home development on a 0.98 <br />acre site located at 6240 Sunol Boulevard subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
