<br />b. The property for the water tank shall be dedicated in fee <br />to the city. If the location of the tank is on adjacent <br />property, the developer shall attempt to acquire that <br />portion of the property, or request its dedication. <br />Should the developer be unable to acquire or have <br />dedicated such property, the City may use its right of <br />eminent domain. The applicant shall reimburse to the City <br />any cost incurred in the property acquisition. <br /> <br />c. The applicant shall install a new pump station with the <br />full maximum day capacity, to be located adjacent to the <br />existing FoothilljStoneridge tank. <br /> <br />d. The developer shall provide back-up power by placing a <br />diesel generator large enough to allow pumping of the new <br />zone during maximum day demand. <br /> <br />e. The developer bear the full cost of the installation of <br />the water reservoir and all necessary pumps, water mains, <br />pressure reducing stations etc., including land and <br />easement acquisition. The developer may enter into a <br />reimbursement agreement with the City to recover pro-rata <br />reimbursement from other benefitting properties. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall install a 12-inch "low zone" ("390") <br />water line, from the Foothill/Stoneridge tank to Highland <br />Oaks Drive, the estimated construction cost of which <br />(based upon 1990 sfr-enr-cci of 4,000) should not exceed <br />$360,000. This water line may be installed during Phase <br />II of construction (Lots 20 - 29 and Lots 50 - 89), but <br />prior to Phase III of construction. The developer may <br />enter into a reimbursement agreement with the city to <br />recover pro-rata reimbursement from other benefitting <br />properties. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall install a 12 inch water main on: "A" <br />street between Dublin Canyon Road and the southerly <br />boundary of the property; "B" Street between "A" street <br />and "D" Street; "0" Street and the access road between <br />the proposed reservoir and "B" Street; and between the <br />proposed pump station at the existing Foothill reservoir <br />and "A" Street. Additionally, an eight-inch main shall be <br />required along the EVA road between "D" Court and "A" <br />Court. <br /> <br />Where the static pressure exceeds 100 psi (elevations <br />below approximately 550 feet), ductile iron pipe water <br />mains, saddles for service connections and copper <br />services shall be used unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-22 <br />March 27, 1991 <br />
