Vegetation and wildlife <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The approval of the project as <br />proposed would result in vegetation <br />identified in the FEIR. <br /> <br />currently <br />impacts as <br /> <br />2. The mitigation measures are feasible and are <br />incorporated in the project design or as <br />conditions of approval. <br /> <br />3. The measures now incorporated into the <br />project, imposition of the above-referenced <br />mitigation measures, and mitigation measures <br />which will be imposed in connection with <br />future approvals necessary for the development <br />of the project site, the preservation of all <br />possible heritage trees , and minimization of <br />project impacts on other vegetative and <br />wildlife resources has been or will be <br />provided for and the impact has been reduced <br />to an insignificant level. <br /> <br />E. To the extent that the project has any <br />significant adverse impact on the provision of <br />fire protection services, measures <br />incorporated into the project, in combination <br />with implementation of said mitigation <br />measures, City review and approval of the <br />project site's wildland fire protection plan <br />as well as plans for subsequent development of <br />the project site, and mitigation measures <br />which will be imposed in connection with <br />future approvals necessary for development of <br />the project site, have mitigated or will <br />mitigate to a level of insignificance any <br />impacts of the project upon fire protection <br />services. <br /> <br />3. To the extent that impacts on water supply <br />could be significant, the mitigation measure <br />is feasible and will be implemented by the <br />city prior to project approval. <br /> <br />4.
