<br />f. If at the time building permits are ready to be issued <br />mandatory water rationing is in p1ace in the City of <br />Pleasanton, construction shall not commence until after <br />mandatory water rationing has been lifted. <br /> <br />g. Gray water shall be used for dust control or grading <br />activities. This water may be obtained from the Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District Wastewater Treatment Plant at <br />7399 Johnson Drive in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />36. Aesthetic <br /> <br />a. A comprehensive lighting plan wil1 be submitted to City <br />staff for review and approval prior to building permit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />b. Development shall be based on the Moller Ranch Design <br />Standards, the West Foothill Overlay Zoning District, and <br />the West Foothill Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />c. Careful examination of the placement of the townhome <br />units shall be conducted. options to mitigate visual <br />impacts include, but not limited to, repositioning of the <br />units and landscape screening. <br /> <br />37. Archaeological <br /> <br />a. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, <br />trenching or other on-site excavation, earthwork within <br />30 meters of these materials shall be stopped until a <br />professional archaeologist who is certified by the <br />society of California Archaeology (SCA) and/or the <br />Society of Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an <br />opportunity to evaluate the significance of the find and <br />suggest appropriate mitigation measures if they are <br />deemed necessary. <br /> <br />38. That this project shall be subject to the Standard Conditions <br />of Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference, except Conditions Nos. 14, 25, and 34. <br /> <br />39. This development plan shall be of no further validity and the <br />applicant shall be required to submit the same or new <br />development plan for City approval prior to development of the <br />site in the event that any of the following occur: <br /> <br />a. The applicant fails to receive growth management approval <br />within 2 1/2 years of PUD approval; or <br /> <br />b. Subsequent to such approval, the applicant allows the <br />growth management approval to lapse; or <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-9 <br />February 27, 1991 <br />
