The applicant's engineer shall verify that the capacity <br />of the existing storm drain culverts or sewer lines under <br />Foothill Road are adequate to handle the run-off from <br />this proposed development. The applicant shall mitigate <br />any storm drain or sewer problem associated with this <br />development to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />This information shall be submitted in conjunction with <br />any tentative map application. <br /> <br />35. Water <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall coordinate the source of water supply <br />from one of the proposed water tanks from the adjacent <br />residential developments. A tentative water supply plan <br />shall be submitted in conjunction with any tentative map <br />application. The plan shall include the location and <br />method of distribution. <br /> <br />b.
