<br />the Police Department. The CC&R's for the project shall <br />include a provision for such liaison. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall fund their pro-rata share towards the <br />acquisition of a new off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle(s) and <br />a new on- off-road motorcycle (s) for the Police <br />Department. This contribution shall be a pro-rated share <br />of properties developing along Foothill Road. The costs <br />and vehicle requirements shall be determined at the <br />tentative map stage. <br /> <br />32. Fire <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall fund their pro-rata share towards the <br />acquisition of a new off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle(s) <br />grass rig for the Fire Department. This contribution shall <br />be a pro-rated share of properties developing along <br />Foothill Road. The costs and vehicle requirements shall be <br />determined at the tentative map stage. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall prepare a wildland fire protection plan <br />for the project, subject to the approval of the Fire Chief <br />and the Design Review Board prior to recordation of the <br />final map. Visual and biological concerns and effects <br />shall be incorporated into the plan, and the plan shall be <br />coordinated with the re-vegetation landscape plan. The <br />plan shall also include provisions for on-going maintenance <br />of all fire protection measures. <br /> <br />c. on-going maintenance by the homeowners association shall be <br />provided for in the CC&R' s for the proj ect. Class B <br />roofing material and automatic house fire sprinklers should <br />be considered as part of the plan and may be required to <br />reduce the need for firebreaks along rear lot lines. In <br />those areas where a landscaped "wet-band" is required, the <br />use of native fire retardant plant materials shall be used. <br />The design of such a system shall enable the removal of the <br />irrigation system within 3 to 5 years. <br /> <br />33. Schools <br /> <br />a. The Pleasanton Unified school District has developed <br />school impact fees. These fees have been developed to <br />mi tigate any impact which may result from residential <br />developments. The subject application shall be subject <br />to said fees. <br /> <br />b. The construction of residential units shall not commence <br />until the Pleasanton School District indicates to the <br />Planning Director that adequate capacity for the project- <br /> <br />ReSOlution No. PC-91-9 <br />February 27, 1991 <br />
