<br />An overview of this information shall accompany any <br />tentative map app1ication and design leve1 detai~s shal~ <br />accompany any fina~ map. <br /> <br />b. All known or potential springs and groundwater flows <br />sha~l be identified on any tentative map application. <br />Lots and buildings shall be designed in such a manner as <br />to prevent alterations to these natural drainage ways. <br />The tentative map shall include information on subdrain <br />requirements. <br /> <br />c. The storm drain system for the project shall be designed <br />such that the summer f~ow stays within the piped storm <br />drain system. The winter flows shall be allowed to flow <br />into the natural creeks. The specific details of the <br />storm drain system shall be submitted in conjunction with <br />any tentative map application. <br /> <br />d. Surface drainage improvements shall be installed as re- <br />quired by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />e. Fills shall have subdrains in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the geotechnical consultant, as <br />reviewed and approved by the City's geotechnical <br />engineering firm and the city Engineer, and irrigation <br />systems shall be designed and operated to minimize lot <br />groundwater seepage. <br /> <br />22. Toxics <br /> <br />a. Prior to the issuance of any building permit on any lot <br />which has been determined to have or may be impacted by <br />groundwater contamination, the contamination shall be <br />subject of a reclamation plan approved by the Alameda <br />County Department of Environmental Health. Additionally, <br />the geotechnical consultant shall certify that the <br />remaining contamination and/or reclamation activities <br />present no health or safety risks and financial <br />arrangements are adequate, to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning Director, to assure that the reclamation is <br />carried to conclusion. <br /> <br />b. A detailed up-date of all reports and information on the <br />ground water contamination shall be submitted with any <br />tentative map application. <br /> <br />23. Biotic conservation Measures <br /> <br />The following items shall be incorporated as a deed <br />restriction and into the CC&R's for the project: <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-9 <br />February 27, 1991 <br /> <br />- <br />
