<br />shall be equipped with flexible connections and automatic <br />shut-off devices which operate if service is interrupted. <br /> <br />d. No structure for human occupancy shall be located on or <br />within the 50 foot building setback to a fault or fault <br />splay. <br /> <br />e. A design level analysis of potential liquefaction under <br />assumed high ground water conditions and seismic load <br />generated by a Magnitude 6.3 event shall be conducted. <br />Appropriate mitigation measures, if applicable, shall be <br />developed. <br /> <br />19. Erosion <br /> <br />a. "state of the practice" construction methods for hillside <br />developments shall be followed during grading operations <br />to control wind and water erosion. <br /> <br />b. Where necessary, natural creeks shall be armoured as <br />required by the city Engineer subject to the approval of <br />any other agency claiming jurisdiction. visual and <br />biological effects shall be important considerations in <br />the type of protection used. <br /> <br />c. A long-term erosion maintenance plan shall be developed <br />by the applicant's engineer and landscape architect, and <br />shall be subject to the approval of the city Engineer <br />prior to any final map approval. The plan shall include <br />maintenance provisions by the homeowners association, <br />which shall be incorporated in the CC&R's for the <br />project. <br /> <br />20. Air Quality <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall require all construction contractors <br />to water exposed surfaces in late morning and at the end <br />of each work day, with increased watering when wind <br />speeds exceed ten mph. Contractors shall also be <br />required to cleanup mud and dust carried onto City <br />streets by construction vehicles on a daily basis or more <br />frequently as determined necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />21. Drainage <br /> <br />a. A drainage plan shall be prepared which analyzes the <br />impact on fills and cuts on the existing drainage. <br />specific mitigation, including the location of planned <br />drainage diversions or alterations, minimum culvert size <br />and energy dissipators, locations and constructions <br />details of subdrains (if necessary) shall be provided. <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-9 <br />February 27, 1991 <br />
