He further clarified that at the time of subdivision the Commission <br />could make a condition, which would alert a purchaser of the property. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Commissioner Wright <br />recommending approval of Case GP-91-5 deleting the sentence from paragraph 3 on page III- <br />9 of the Circulation Element that reads: "These corridors could be used for light rail transit <br />sometime in the future.
