In response to Commissioner Horan's question, Mr. Balgeman
explained that musical "mixing" would occur on Saturdays as the person who performs this
function lives in southern California and that is the only time he can come. There is no
sound related to the "mixing".

THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED.

A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Wright making
the required use permit findings and approving Case UP-91-84, subject to the conditions of
the staff report.

ROLL CALL VOTE

AYES:
NOES:
ABSENT:
ABSTAIN:

Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, Michelotti, Wright, and Chairman Mahern
None
Commissioner McGuirk
None

Resolution No. PC-91-110 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-91-84 as motioned.

Tentative Tract MaD 5721 (One-vear Extension). He was pleased
that Council had granted Growth Management extension; he was happy to report that they
have also obtained financial funding and deposited the required funds with the City today.
He said he had no problem with Conditions 1 through 4, but did have objections to
Conditions 5 and 6. He felt these two conditions should be addressed at a later date and that
Condition 6 was not feasible from the homeowners association's point of view.

Minutes Planning Commission
December 11, 1991

Page 11

.

.
