Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend and expand the Pleasanton General Plan land use map to confonn <br />to the residential, golf course, country club, vine-yard, winery, inn, retail and <br />recreational nses recently approved for the Ruby Hill project by Alameda County. The <br />1,300 acre site is located south of Vineyard Avenue along both sides of Vallecitos Road. <br /> <br />RZ-91-7. Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application to prezone approximately 1,650 acres of land located in the vicinity of <br />Vineyard Avenue east of Montevino Drive, and Vallecitos Road south of Vineyard <br />A venue. The application includes a prezoning of the 1,300 Ruby Hill site to a Planned <br />Unit Development district to match the uses that were recently approved by Alameda <br />County.
