<br />~ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson requested that Tentative Tract Map 6447, S & S Properties; be continued to <br />November 20, 1991; that GP-91-5, City of Pleasanton be continued to December 11; and <br />that PUD-87-5-2M, Gold Creek of Pleasanton Homeowners Association, be continued <br />indefinitely. The Commission agreed to these requests. <br /> <br />MATTERS !NInA TED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. Chairman Mahern noted that she has again received correspondence and phone caUs from <br />Mr. Brandt Esser in regard to an auxiliary structure next to his property that is a potential <br />fire hazard. She said he has written her three letters and called several times in regard to <br />this structure; he has contacted the police department, but nothing has been done. She <br />suggested that staff should make every effort to check on this matter and said she would give <br />the address to Mr. lserson. Mr. Iserson agreed to review the matter. <br /> <br />2. Chairman Mahern said she would not be present at the November 20 meeting at which <br />time the Ruby Hills project will be reviewed again. Commissioner Hovingh will chair the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />3. Commissioner Wright noted that some of his correspondence from the City occasionally <br />arrives after the event has already taken place. He requested that staff see what can be done <br />about this matter. <br /> <br />4. Commissioner Horan reported on activities of the Downtown Task Force Committee and <br />noted that a newsletter has recently gone out to the Commission. He encouraged them to <br />read the newsletter. <br /> <br />5. Commissioner McGuirk reported that the Cost Plus advertising truck is still located near <br />Best Plaza. Mr. Iserson noted that the item has been referred to the Code Enforcement <br />Officer, but he would remind him of the matter again. <br /> <br />6. Commissioner McGuirk caUed staff's attention to an area of Gold Creek on the Pleasant <br />Hill side where weeds and debris have accumulated and could create a fire hazard. He <br />indicated that it backs up to the residential area. Mr. Iserson replied that he will check into <br />the matter and see if it is the homeowner association's responsibility or the City's <br />responsibility. <br /> <br />7. Commissioner Michelotti called staff's attention to a potentially dangerous street situation <br />on Valley Avenue near the Business Park where a new driveway under construction has been <br />moved closer to Quarry Lane. In the future this may cause trafic problems with (1) abrupt <br />stopping, and (2) the driveway being used as a shortcut to Serpentine Lane.
