<br />~ APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />Wednesday, November 13, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 13, 1991 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Sharrell Michelotti, Hal <br />McGuirk, Bob Wright, and Chairman Marcelline Mahern <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Senior Planner; Wayne Rasmussen, <br />Advance Planner; Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of <br />Public Works; Kern Watt, Associate Planner; Brian <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development (came late); and Terry Birkenfeld, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of October 23, 1991 were unanimously approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 3 - Chairman Mahern corrected the spelling of Jeff Etnire's name. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh corrected the spelling of Nancy Storch's and Dan McKenzie's name. <br />Page 11 - First paragraph: - Commissioner Michelotti amended it to read that she would <br />favor the 30 ft. height limit as she would not want to see a series of long supports for <br />decking. She felt the Commission needs to set a standard of a 30 ft. height for this house. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
