<br />Commissioner Hovingh suggested that a disclosure be made so that people who buy a lot <br />know that Stone Point Way is a stub street and will eventually be opened to through traffic. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Louis Baldacci represented the application. He stated that he is in agreement with the staff <br />conditions. In response to Commissioner Hovingh's suggestion, he did not see the need for <br />a disclosure.
