Genaro GuizarlMexico Lindo Application for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00 p.m. at a restaurant (classified as a bar) located at 6690 Koll Center Parkway. Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial, and Office District. Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-91-62 subject to the conditions of the staff report. He noted that the applicant is requesting that a patio entry be allowed from the inside of the restaurant. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Genaro Guizar, 4125 Higera Road, San Jose, represented the application. He stated he has read the staff report and concurs with the conditions of approval. Commissioner McGuirk expressed some concern about a patron overindulging in alcohol and then going out directly to the freeway. He asked if the restaurant tries to monitor such a situation. The applicant stated that they run a "class" operation and monitor such situations. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED. ~ A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk approving Case UP-91-62 subject to the conditions of the staff report.
