<br />- <br /> <br />UP-91-62. Genaro GuizarlMexico Lindo <br />Application for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00 p.m. at <br />a restaurant (classified as a bar) located at 6690 Koll Center Parkway. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - Industrial, Commercial, and Office <br />District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-91-62 subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report. He noted that the applicant is requesting that a patio entry <br />be allowed from the inside of the restaurant. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Genaro Guizar, 4125 Higera Road, San Jose, represented the application. He stated he has <br />read the staff report and concurs with the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk expressed some concern about a patron overindulging in alcohol and <br />then going out directly to the freeway. He asked if the restaurant tries to monitor such a <br />situation. The applicant stated that they run a "class" operation and monitor such situations. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk <br />approving Case UP-91-62 subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and Chairman Mahem <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-86 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-91-62 as motioned. <br /> <br />Tentative Tract MaD 6488. Far west Associates Ltd <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 0.541 acre parcel into six lots located on the <br />southerly corner of Stoneridge Drive and Stone Point Way.
