<br />~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-84 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-91-67 as motioned. <br /> <br />UP-91-61. Fremont Zones. Inc.lDiscoverv Zone <br />Application for a conditional use permit to allow the installation of ten coin operated <br />eyelhand coordination games for a children's fitness/play center (Discovery Zone) <br />located at 4226 Rosewood Drive (Rose Pavilion Shopping Center). Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-91-61 subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan called staff's attention to an inconsistency regarding allowed age, <br />whether it should be 12 or 13. Mr. Iserson replied the age limit is 1 112 to 13 years old. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright suggested that if a sound attenuation wall is not available adjacent to <br />the Ethan Allen building, that one should be installed. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Karen Lumsten, 2120 Edgecourt Drive, Hillsborough, represented the application. In <br />response to Commissioner Wright's question, she clarified that there is a 4-hour cement <br />block wall between her building and the Ethan Allen structure.
