Resolution No. PC-91-83 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the North Sycamore Draft Specific Plan as motioned. GP-91-5. Citv of Pleasanton Application to amend the Circulation Element of the General Plan to delete reference to light rail transit along the abandoned Southern Pacific corridor, and/or to modify or delete the "transportation corridor" shown along the north side of Stanley Boulevard between First Street and Valley Avenue. Application continued to 12/11/91. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS UP-91-67. Harvest Vallev Christian Church Application for a conditional use permit to operate a church and related facilities (including evening meetings and weekend worship services) in an existing office/light industrial complex located at 1031 Serpentine Lane in Valley Business Park. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial District. Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case UP-91-67 subject to the conditions of the staff report. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. Chris Meidl, 2451 Wildflower Court, represented the application and stated he had no problems with the conditions of approval. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk approving Case UP-91-67 subject to the conditions listed in the staff report, with the following modification: o That staff recommendation #3 be modified to allow a case-by-case decision on the matter of churches in the area that abuts the residential neighborhood.
