Commissioner Horan stated he was not voting on this matter as he came in late, but he would like to suggest that a fairly comprehensive Executive Summary with a statement of the Commission's intent be included with the minutes that go to City Council. After further discussion, Chairman Mahern agreed to work with him to put together a summary of their findings for staff s input to Council. Further discussion ensued as to whether the application should be continued or denied. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh recommending denial of Case GP-91-6/PUD-91-7 with the condition that staff will incorporate the Commission's findings into the Council report.
