Shaoell Indnstries of Northern California <br />Application for approval of a vesting tentative map to allow the subdivision of an <br />approximately 104 acre site into 102 single-family lots, one lot for the existing Bonde <br />residence and stable area, one lot for open space, and ten lots for open space/f"rre break <br />management areas, generally located on both sides of Bernal Avenue, approximately <br />2,250 ft. southeasterly from Sunol Boulevard. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) . Medium Density Residential, Low Density Residential, and Rural <br />Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Mr. Pavan presented the staff report recommending approval of Tentative Tract Map 6483 <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk asked staff for clarification as to mitigation of noise issues. Mr. <br />Pavan indicated that some soundwalls and some sound attenuation fences would be utilized in <br />the project to mitigate noise. He said sound attenuation fences would be installed on the <br />south side of the project. The soundwalllfence issues will be reviewed by the Design Review <br />Board. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk wished to state for the record that he did visit with Mr. Truebridge <br />and Mr. Perreira this past week. He further discussed an emergency access road off G <br />Court with Mr. Pavan. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Woody Perreira, 43 Gulf Road, Pleasanton, represented the application, along with several <br />members of the architectural team.
