Commissioner Horan called attention to the chartreuse green paint used on check valves <br />such as at Bank of America; he found that color very obtrusive. Mr. Iserson said this would <br />be investigated. <br /> <br />7. Chairman Mahern advised the Commission that the Planning Director had informed her <br />the length of a meeting could be shortened during a public hearing by asking the applicant <br />pertinent questions but not participating in discussions with the applicant.
