Commissioner Horan referred to Case GP-91-5, City of Pleasanton, and asked that staff
include in the staff report for October 9 the cause and effect or catalyst in regard to the
"transportation corridor". Mr. Iserson said this request would be complied with.

2. Commissioner McGuirk asked staff if they had information regarding possible citation of
cars parking on the north side of Parkside Street across from the Sports Park. He noted
there is no red zone or no parking signs in that area, but have heard people say citation is
going to take place. Staff was not aware of any such possibility.

3. Commissioner McGuirk called attention to a lot at the north end of Moller Park that is
now up for sale and is multip1e-wned. He asked for clarification as to what multiple-zoned
means. Commissioner Hovingh advised that at one time a Senior Care center was planned
for that area; as it is basically a residential area, it is considered multiple-zoned.

4. Commissioner Michelotti requested that staff check into a sign at Contempo Realty (by
Wells Fargo Bank) to see if they are in conformance, and whether that was a zoning
administrator decision. Mr. Iserson said he would check into that matter.

5. Commissioner Hovingh called attention to a sign on Foothill Road and Stoneridge about
water conservation that is distracting to drivers; he also referred to individual home owners

~

Minutes Planning Commission
September 11, 1991

Page 2

I.

.
