<br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />P1easanton, CA <br /> <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 11, 1991 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of September 11, 1991 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairman Mahern. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Ron Horan, Jack Hovingh, Hal McGuirk, Sharrell <br />Michelotti, Bob Wright and Chairman Marcelline <br />Mahern <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Services; Roger Higdon, Assistant Public Director of <br />Public Works; Jerry Iserson, Senior Planner; Wayne <br />Rasmussen, Advance Planner; and Terry Birkenfeld, <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of August 28, 1991 were unanimously approved as amended: <br /> <br />Page 11 - UP-91-46 - Commissioner Michelotti thought that Mr. Mesick had said the walls <br />between the subject site and the restaurant include soundproofing; the other side does not. <br /> <br />Page 11 - 2nd paragraph - UP-91-46 - Commissioner Hovingh asked Mr. Mesick to respond <br />to the letters of application. <br /> <br />Page 21 - PUD-89-16-1M - Commissioner Hovingh noted that the second vote was not <br />shown.
