Forsher & Guthrie <br />Application for a conditional use permit to establish a 1,364 sq. ft. fast food take-out <br />restaurant (Pizza Hut) in an existing building located at 927 Main Street. Zoning for <br />the property is Central-Commercial (C-C) District. <br /> <br />Continued to 9/25/91. <br /> <br />Tract 6447. S & S Prooerties <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 9 acre site into 40 single-family residential <br />lots located at 10890 Dublin Canyon Road. Zoning for the property is PUD-MDR <br />(Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential) District. <br /> <br />Continued to 9/25/91. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />RZ-91-5. Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend Section 18.20.020 and other pertinent sections of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code related to the composition and function of the Design Review Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of Case RZ-91-5 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. Mr. Iserson referred to page 3, No.5, of the report and noted <br />there had been no amendment to the Code. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked if straight zoning property could be appealed by the Planning <br />Commission. Mr. Iserson said the Commission could appeal those, or the applicant could <br />go directly to City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan asked if any kinds of cases can be appealed. Mr. Iserson agreed they <br />could be. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh referred to page 3, No.9, of the staff report and further discussed <br />this with Mr. Iserson. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />No one represented the application. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh expressed some concern that the Design Review Board might end up <br />with five unlicensed professionals and he felt this would not be appropriate.
