<br />Commissioner Michelotti asked if the applicant is going to install extra soundproofing. Mr. <br />Mesick said the walls between the subject site and the restaurant include soundproof"mg; the <br />other side does not. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh asked Mr. Mesick to respond to the letters of application and <br />whether smoking would be allowed. Mr. Mesick felt that the concerns of those persons <br />would be taken into the utmost consideration. In addition, the general billiard area will not <br />allow smoking; however, one suite will accommodate smoking. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan briefly discussed the use of beer in the establishment with Mr. Mesick. <br />Condition 4 addresses the use of alcoholic beverages. <br /> <br />Robert Cordtz, 262 W.
