Commissioner Horan felt that the church should definitely fit their signage into the
corporate image of the plaza. Mr. Senna said he has no problem with that.

THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED.

Commissioner Hovingh felt that as the City is short of public and institutional
zoning that they should try to accommodate churches. He supported the
application.

Commissioner Michelotti felt the conditional use permit would take care of any
problems with parking and noise.

Further discussion ensued as to whether the church would have bible studies,
counselors, etc.

Commissioner Horan expressed concern that any bible studies, etc. should take
place after the usual corporate hours were over.

Commissioner Hovingh said he would allow the church up to 10 additional people
from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays along with the 7:30 to 9 p.m. hours on
Wednesdays and the normal Sunday usage.
