Actions of the Design Review Board <br /> <br />No action required. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh initiated a discussion of Council action regarding the <br />Canyon Meadows units to be placed for auction on May 19. The units were <br />approved to be owner-occupied as the price was to be in the $90,000-$97,000 <br />range. Council approved the minor modification process to allow the units to be <br />sold to non-owner occupants.
