<br />Commissioner McGuirk called attention to Page 2, first paragraph, in regard to the <br />collection of hazardous fluids. Mr. Swift explained they will still have to store the <br />waste products in conjunction with the City's regulations as to container and the <br />amount of time it can be stored. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />James Bowen represented the application. He stated he has read the staff report <br />and concurs with the conditions. He said he has no problem with deletion of the <br />word "insertion" from Condition 3 in regard to the removal of fluids. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh asked the applicant if he is pleased with the hours of <br />operation. The Specific Plan proposes land <br />use and infrastructure improvements for the separately owned 27 parcels within <br />this area.
