Commissioner McGuirk called attention to Page 2, first paragraph, in regard to the collection of hazardous fluids. Mr. Swift explained they will still have to store the waste products in conjunction with the City's regulations as to container and the amount of time it can be stored. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. James Bowen represented the application. He stated he has read the staff report and concurs with the conditions. He said he has no problem with deletion of the word "insertion" from Condition 3 in regard to the removal of fluids. Commissioner Hovingh asked the applicant if he is pleased with the hours of operation. Mr. Bowen said the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday is all right with him. A motion was made by Commissioner Horan, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh making the required use permit findings and approving Case UP-91-8 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B with the following modification: o Amend Condition 3 to remove the word "insertion"; o Amend Condition 9 to include the word "disabled". .- ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti and Chairman Mahern None Commissioner Wright None Resolution No. PC-91-29 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-91-8 as motioned. North Svcamore SDecific Plan and Final EnvironmentallmDact ReDort Application to approve a Specific Plan for the 135 acre site located generally north of Sycamore Road and east of Sunol Boulevard. The Specific Plan proposes land use and infrastructure improvements for the separately owned 27 parcels within this area.
