Chairman Mahern expressed concern they would be setting up a precedent by sanctioning the use of parking spaces that are not allocated to the applicant. A motion was made by Commissioner Horan, seconded by Commissioner Michelotti making a determination that the subject taxicab dispatch station is similar in its operation to a warehouse; making the required findings and approving Case UP-91-7 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the following mod ifications: o Modify Condition 5 to add the words "radio frequency interference" to the first sentence; o Modify Condition 8 that the applicant should have no more than a total of 14 cabs on the site (8 inside, 6 outside), unless the co- tenants or Board of Directors give written approval for additional outside spaces; ~ o Add Condition 9 that the applicant should be in compliance with the conditions of approval within 30 days or the use permit may be revoked.
