Mr. Swift added that if the Commission wished to <br />allow the use of other tenant's spaces staff could condition it in that manner. <br />However, written approval would have to be gained from those tenants. <br /> <br />Chairman Mahern expressed concern they would be setting up a precedent by <br />sanctioning the use of parking spaces that are not allocated to the applicant. Mr. <br />Swift indicated that should not be a problem. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Horan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Michelotti making a determination that the subject taxicab dispatch station is <br />similar in its operation to a warehouse; making the required findings and approving <br />Case UP-91-7 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the following <br />mod ifications: <br /> <br />o Modify Condition 5 to add the words "radio frequency interference" <br />to the first sentence; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Modify Condition 8 that the applicant should have no more than a <br />total of 14 cabs on the site (8 inside, 6 outside), unless the co- <br />tenants or Board of Directors give written approval for additional <br />outside spaces; <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />o Add Condition 9 that the applicant should be in compliance with the <br />conditions of approval within 30 days or the use permit may be <br />revoked. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-91-26 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-91-7 as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />PUD-90-21.
