Further discussion ensued. Mr. Swift said what they should be doing at this point is treating the last motion as a straw vote and act on the CEQA findings. A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by commissioner Michelotti making the CEQA findings as attached on Exhibit C. Mr. swift said the record should reflect that the Commission approves the findings as staff will modify with respect to further mitigation against noise and water conservation and the height of houses along Abbie Street. A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Commissioner Michelotti approving the straw vote, showing that the Commission has approved the findings as modified by staff with respect to further mitigations against noise, water conservation, and the height of houses along Abbie Street.
